The challenge most fitness participants have is they have no clear focus on what they are doing in the gym. What I mean is they go through their fitness programs in a fog not knowing exactly what needs to be done.  This is one of the quickest ways to physical fitness program failure!

If you take a good look around the gym you will see less than 10% of the people tracking their workouts. The people not tracking are making a huge mistake, and not maximizing their exercise time.
